How Women Are Being Treated

From what I have been shown in this class about how women are being treated in this world it shows how insecure we make women seem when they are much more than just objects. In the videos I have seen women are used as advertising all the time trying to catch the eyes of viewers with the bodies of women who are barely dressed looking lustful in every image the is shown to the viewers. They also have women with their mouths covered showing that their voice does not matter or that they can speak with their looks rather then their voice. They try to make women seem as if they only think of doing nothing but having sex with the pictures they show in their magazines and ads. From what I have seen also that they always auto fix every feature that a women has to make them look sexier more thin and smoother and nice skin making them look as if they were not good enough and truthfully no woman can look like that.

Also from between in men and women for editing in pictures women have much more things changed instead of men. Such has women have their skin smoother and hips thinner and nose being fixed as well as their eyes and much more. When it comes to men it’s just their skin and that’s almost it unless they make them look stronger or thinner depending on what the director wants. Which is why women are so down graded only looking at particular parts of women that the viewers only seem to be interested in.
